Many people requested the look of Plasma 5.4 be brought back instead of the new 5.5 one. So this is the theme that was shipped with Plasma 5.4, you can install it along with the Plasma 5.5 theme.

Could you please add one or two screenshots to show the difference between Breeze 5.4 and 5.5?

Thanks for your work, unfortunately, this theme isn't helping. I'm going to demonstrate this with a screenshot. On the left side you see your classic theme. On the right side you see the new 5.5 look. Many blue colored icons are barely visible. This also is a problem for the Dolphin icon:
