I am using your theme along with the Lines splash for the last couple of days and I don't plan on changing them soon :) Maybe you should make available versions with some other coloring too. Thanks for the excellent work.

The file is not a valid KDM theme archive. That's the error I get when I try to install it.

That's because it's two valid theme archives which need to be extracted first.

Hello

Really nice work! I like it that it's available for kdm AND splash.

2 wishes, still:
- My screen resolution is quite big: 1680 x 1050. Can you make such a widescreen variant of it both (KDM and Splash)
- Can you also make a fitting GRUB Theme and bootsplash (or better RHGB) Theme

I would really appreciate to have a consistent bootup process...

Well, I would do those things but I have a few problems. The first one being that my monitor won't handle that resolution so making the kdm theme would be not possible for me as I cant test it. It is very easy to do yourself though, just get an image or scale the background of this to the required size and then play with the numbers in the xml file till everything is where it is supposed to be. Also, I did not make the splash screen, lfzy did, so you might want to ask him about that. As for the Grub screen, I don't know Grub, I only use Lilo. A Lilo screen wouldn't be too difficult, but maybe someone reading this may volunteer to make those things.

I really like the theme, but it is streched on my monitor, would it be possible to create a 1280 x 1024 version?

I would try myself, but I dont have the faintest clue what to do >__<

Thanks if you could, then it will match the rest of the theme on my computer.

This theme is 1280x1024. Or at least I think it is, I'm pretty sure that's the resolution of my KDM screem. The background, lines.png, is 1280x1024.

Very nice work, am using the splash screen too. One thing I would love is, could you make a version of the KDM without the userlist?

The universe is banned from my box, so I am the sole user, and all that white just doesn't work for me, against all that delightful black.

One question, is it possible to add a dropshadow to the username and password filds? I'm making a kdm theme too and would like to be able to do this.

I don't know to be honest, there may be a way to do it, but I don't know it. Saying that though, I just tried adding a new username label underneath an existing one with a bit of an offset and it gave a shadowy effect. Or maybe you could leave the username label out of the xml file and just make it in GIMP or something. I don't really know what I am doing, I just have a theme and play with it till it looks like I want it to.
