Sorry friends! This is only a 1 icon update. The next 10 days i can´t work on this iconset. So i do this short time update.

Another question: is there a chance to get the vector graphics (the “sources”)? Then, we can find a way to port it to kde4…

I saw the post about installing the b + w features by untarring the archive file but what do I need to do after that to get the panel icons installed for kicker? (kbfx) I see the theme archive but I haven't figured out how to get it all installed. I apologize for my ignorance. Sweet theme, by the way. I have been working on my color theme for some time now and this icon set compliments it greatly. Thanks for everything.

My computer and system settings icons are either missing or simply dont show up, anyone had such a problem ?

in my opinion, putting some icons from "actions" group (back, forward etc) in boxes is bad idea, because it looks bad with some styles (for example Domino) which have their own boxes for buttons.

Really great theme, please keep adding more icons!

The latter also brings me to another point. The index.theme has Inherits=hicolor set and that is really annoying to me, since the contrast between existing and missing icons is quite crass. I found it nice to change it to "mono" instead of "hicolor". (This is the b&w accessibility theme in KDE)


p.s.: make a kopete icon please :-)

Hi malix, please unpack the "tar.gz"! You get a folder "b+w features". In this folder are the additional b+w stuff.

I really like your theme, it's great and it just fits my taste. But I liked more the previous style of action icons.
Could you please provide even this previous version of icon set with these action icons? thanks

They go perfectly with my desktop, watching with hop for more, especially amarok konversation and kopete

I'm using these icons with the DarkStyle color set and Keramik window decoration. They look VERY good.

But my icons are tinged to green atm because of my desktop wallpaper. . .which makes it a little hard to see some of the features.

Then again, this isn't named "Black and Green" :D

Just my humble opinion, but I like the old gray fox circling the earth firefox icon much better than the new orange fox. It seems very out of sync with the rest of the theme, and is to similiar in appearance (not color) to the amarok theme. Other than that I really love the theme!
