Like tried saying. You need the new Version for Plasma 5.9+. This one has the issue fixed. The older version is for older Plasma versions that need the "showAllSubtree" option. - Oct 15 2020

Oh. Yeah you are right. I wonder why. Maybe because of the name change for the plugin itself. I am not sure how to solve it yet.
There is no separate git repo for it yet. (we have it in git for the Neptune distro but it comes together with other stuff we ship there) - Feb 09 2018

I am sorry to hear that. There is no Plasma 5.10 version as nothing has changed in regards to the menu in Plasma 5.10 compared to 5.9
So basically the 5.9 version works pretty much without an issue on Plasma 5.10.
I have some 5.10.5 plasma versions running here without an issue.
You are the first one reporting on issues with it on Plasma 5.10.

Have you tried out the 5.11 version and see if it maybe works on your setup?
Which version of Plasma 5.10 do you have running?

Thats unfortunate. I cannot reproduce it on my 5.8.5 Plasma installs however. It just works normally here.
The menu generating and right click menu is directly taken from the kicker widget so do you have problems with it too ?

As for the submenu icon size. Noted as feature request. - May 03 2017

This is something Plasma handles itself. There is no configuration option here in Excalibur for it.

I am not very familiar with Stark Menu. I think it looks like the Windows menu doesn't it ? Wouldn't be the default launcher menu be more like it ?

Yeah the first plasmoid was broken somehow. (wrong archive tar.gz instead of zip)
The second one should be fine.

Ah after hours I found out it was somehow an "dolphin search toolbar" without any contents that was interestingly enough completly empty.
Other themes simply did not have a color difference between toolbar and normal window background. Thats why I first noticed it with your theme.

Applying this QtCurve Theme somehow creates a toolbar on the left of dolphins places side panel.
Is there a way to get rid of it ? It just happens with this QtCurve theme btw.

I am currently not really sure if it is a bug in our theme, as we do not draw or change any special thing for the network manager.
I was able to fix the theming by applying other themes and deleting the cache files in ~/.kde/cache-<pcname>/plasma_theme_*_.kcache files and reapply the Neptune theme.
So please verify if this networkmanager bug also happens with other themes.
Notice also as we build our theme ontop of the current Air theme. So it could be a bug in the Air Theme aswell or a bug in the network manager applet itself (or a caching issue).

The icon theme we are using is a special neptune-faenza based one. You could try KFaenza which is almost the same (without the cool neptune logo though). But I am not really sure if the KFaenza one ships with the KDEnlive Icons.
Notice also that our theme was created before KFaenza was widely available but I currently don't see any sense in uploading the icon theme here to have 2 icon themes almost identical on kde-look.org

There aren't any commands in the Install text file.
These are only instructions what you have to do.
So detailed explaination here extra for you (and others that misinteprated it).
Open Up Dolphin/Konqueror or whatever file manager you use on your KDE system. Navigate to the extracted tar.gz file.
Then just like the instruction tells you copy for example the Ambiance-like.qtcurve file to your ~/. kde/share/apps/qtcurve/ directory by right clicking the file and selecting copy from the contextmenu. Then press CTRL+L and type in the adress: ~/. kde/share/apps/qtcurve/ and hit Enter.
Then right click again in this directory and click on paste in the contextmenu.
Do the same for the other files.
And note that the tar.gz files need to be extracted to the given location folder in Install text.
