This BlackGold color-scheme is the third and final in a three-part (Gold) series. The first and second, DarkRedGold and DeepBlueGold, were posted here with the following links:

The BlackGold theme is probably my favorite of the three. All are easy on tired eyes at the end of an evening.
All three themes needs the newer kde4 styles to look as intended. It looks best with either Oxygen, Nitrogen, Ozone, or Bespin KDE4 style and can be used with any window decoration. The color schemes rely on the color handling properties of KDE4 and will look much too dark with older styles. If you have not changed your style in systemsettings, then you will be fine.
To install, simply open system settings -> Look & Feel -> Appearance -> Colors and choose 'Import Scheme...' and navigate to where you downloaded the file, select it and click 'OK.' The color-scheme will then appear in your scheme list and selecting in and choosing 'Apply' will complete the process.
Note: KDE4 has the ability to retrieve themes directly from kde-look.org by choosing 'Get new Schemes' while in the 'colors' page of systemsettings.
Same deal as with the previous themes, if you like it, please go vote for it :-)
The screenshots above are a 500x250 screenshot, a 800x500 screenshot and the third is GoldSatin wallpaper in 1280x800 resolution that works well with the color-scheme. Just about any of the darker backgrounds will work well with the scheme. You can download the background above by either viewing it and rght-clicking it and saving it to your computer, or, depending on the browser you use, you may be able to simply rt-click it and use the option of setting the picture as your background.
Note: due to upload limitations of 300K, the wallpaper is currently 1280x800 instead of 1440x900. The image scales well, so you can simply let kde handle scaling the background to full-screen. It should be fine up through 1680x1050, I haven't tried at 1920x1200.
