Description: Uses Pulse Audio pacmd to switch between HDMI audio and any other profile.
Usage: 1. Install plasmoid and add it to your desktop 2. Open its settings 3. Choose sound card, default profile and HDMI profile 4. Close settings dialog 5. Switch between choosen profiles by clicking the iconLast changelog:

Any chances to support KDE 5? Which is great, btw as well as this widget? :)
KDE 5 support is planned. But I can't tell the date yet.
Would also highly appreciate a support of Plasma 5, since this seems to be exactly what I am looking for!
Unfortunately it seems that KDE 5 no longer supports Python-based widgets.
this is not work when i'm using two separate sound cards. First for analog stereo, second for hdmi sound
It's a feature. App supports switching only within profiles of the same card. But maybe later I'll add such functionality.
First sorry for bad english. It will be nice to see this functionality. This great addon should be provided as part of default KDE desktop :)
This widget requires package: plasma-scriptengine-python to get it do (in Ubuntu): sudo apt-get install plasma-scriptengine-python
