Description: Various Bug Fixes to the icon theme to spruce things up and smooth out the theme.
Alas I have both kmix icons to look like the win2k one - i just took the one from the win2k icons and renamed it, but the muted one I had to create the circle, etc.. and I added instructions on how to replace the kmix docked icons with the win2k ones.

July 25 (pst) 2008: fixed up a few more icons such as the go and taskbar kmenu icons, etc.. & of course added some icons where they were missing - ie: specifically kmemu, go, taskbar, etc..
