Description: I just upgrade my Kubuntu distro from 8.04 to 9.04 and the first thing i miss its the Nuvola icons theme so I rename Nuvola icons to fit the new KDE 4 icons filename.
Still lot of work to do, I only rename the most common icons and current I work on web interface then let me help manage better that conversion.
I hope you enjoy it. Nuvola can't die with KDE 3.x.Last changelog:

I did it yesterday but i realize then that theme miss lot icon(not rename yet)
u can use my file, its an merge of svn version and my renamed icon.
its lot better then svn version.

I just realize then Nuvola its an extra icon theme in kdeartwork 4.3+, kubuntu 9.04 use 4.2.2 kde version.
