The system icon on KDE, the one of a computer screen, has a K logo on it. I think it would be better to have the same icon as the computer icon on GNOME because it looks better.
So far so good, but you should stick to the old amarok and k3b icons. There are no icons for multimedia controls, along with several other aspects of KDE. Are you going to finish the icon set?
Can you please add action icons for all sizes? Or at least for 48 and 64 too? Or just provide all icons in 128 and a script to convert to other sizes? There are people out here who prefer bigger toolbars.
BTW: IMHO this icon theme shouldn't be called nuoveXT, it has a completely different (contrary) style than the absolutely splendid classic nuoveXT icons (which I adore).
NuoveXT was one of the most beautiful icon sets for KDE, I thought. For whatever reason, with the right colors and size icons, it's absolutely perfect for KDE. I've enjoyed your work in the past, and have been looking forward to this updated version.
But right now it doesn't quite feel done. The big standouts that I immediately saw were no new Konqueror, Amarok, Thunderbird, Kaffeine, Kicker, and some other buttons. Is this new set not quite finished? I'll be interested to see if there's more on the way.
I've never commented on here before, but made an account to comment. Please let us know if there's more on the way, or perhaps maybe one of us can combine the old Nuovext with the new one for a more complete KDE icon set.

Open and closed folder shows the same icon in Konqueror. Could you please add a closed folder icon?

This is a great icon package. :D Is it possible to get a buildset since I prefer to run different sizes of all icons on my system?

How sad, that you decided to use the old arrow icons again. No distinct outlines and low contrast: they are actually the worst i've yet seen.
Nice icons. By the way, where can I get this wallpaper. I like it too.
Your new Gnome icon set is amazing, but I'm not as excited about the KDE one. NuoveXT 1 felt more polished and complete.
