Crystal Diamond is a wonderful and realistic theme for Kde. I take the best icons from Crystal Project, Realistik, Vista Ispirate, Nuove XT, Crystal Clear, OSX, Debian Icons and many other and I made this Icon Theme. The icons are not mine! I simply take the best icons (for me) and made these packs! .

There are different mod such classical, shining, gentoo, arch, debian and kubuntu. The only difference between "Mods" is Kmenu except for Debian Mod and Oxygen Mod (also Kcontrol, Trash and Folder Icon).
There are more icons for one application. For example there are 6 different icons for Firefox! If you like, change into your favorite icon! (Left click, change icon). In the second image for example, I change firefox icon.

Again, I'd try prohosting.com ... they worked quite ok in the good ol' days, and they still seem to exist.

You might have better luck with you Icons if you moved them to your own website. I almost decided not to download them because sites like megaupload make you jump thru hoops to download from them. There are really no instuctions for using there site, just paragraph after paragraph about why I should pay them to use their services.

You have to enter a code to begin a 60 second countdown to a button that says continue downloading.

Could you please upload it somewhere else? Megaupload limits downloads for countries (eg. 200 for Czech republic) and I can't download those icons. They look great but because of this I can't use them :(

thanks, those upload servers are generaly used by warez up/downloaders so they are using limits for downloading and normal users have problems with those limits.
