Description:
Custom Emerald theme I made to go with my wallpaper (which I will also upload.) I went for a retro, sci-fi, mad scientist and neon look.
The theme uses a custom font. It looks okay without the font, but it looks better with the font installed. Get it here:

This is a modification of the font from Quake, with lowercase letters added.
The default setup for the titlebar is this:
I(6)T::NXUC(2)
I've also included a pixmap for the button for "menu," you can edit the titlebar setup to include it. It looks best when edited this way:
