Beryl/Emerald Themes

I like being different from the normal grind, so I've modified one of my favorite themes (Wombat Black) to go a little better with Tango icons and a decent dark look. This is my first so please go easy.

I've modified some of the graphics, the locations of window gadgets and created a GTK Metacity control color scheme to go with it. I based the controls off of Clearlook. I'll link the color scheme once that is up.

One thing I would like to change, the Human theme has these orange caps on the scrollbars. I'd like to figure out a way to use similar code to add a blue cap similar to the tabs of Clearlook. Right now this is the fist step.

The color scheme is based on the Tango palette. I like my system dark.
