Chromium for Emerald

Theme for Emerald:
Just extract the file and open the Emerald Theme Manager, then select import and select the *.emerald file.
The for Chrome/Chromium:
In the extracted folder select the *.crx file and drop into a Chrome/Chromium window, select continue.
