Description:
Quick recompilation and rearrangement of the fantastic "ish" emerald theme:

Credits to bvc. (the work to do this is just donwload and install the several ish emerald themes and browse among their button pixmaps in order to choose the semaphore color scheme :-) ). I've also altered the button order to mimic OSX.
