Elementary for RGBA mod (Emerald)

Ok, I bring another Emerald theme that fits with elementary eGTK.
I realized that after applying the RBGA support for Murrine Engine and make eGTK transparent, couldn't find any border that fit with my new look.
..so I made this modification to Elementary 0.9.9.1 emerald that Nikola Yanev did a while ago. Of course, all this stuff was inspired in Dan Rabbit's encouraging work (see elementary desktop in google).

ps2. It is just a color, alpha and sizes fixing. Not a big deal. But dowloading could save you a couple of minutes!
