I am sorry, i make a compromise between tron design and a good look for the daily work sessions. The hole look isnt tron like but you download here only the windowborder theme. The additional infos about things like color, icons etc are only to make your desk like the screenshot.
when you have an idea about a more tronlike font or iconset, let me know..
