Message: Error calling tar.
It looks like that is a known Emerald bug. Maybe try renaming the file to Professional.tar.gz, extract it to a folder named Professional, and move it to your ~/.emerald folder?
That looks wonderful... If only the plasma theme itself could match this ;)
