yeah, a coincidence XD but this one it's metacity and optimized for SD monitors, so it runs really inside the Playstation 3. Not like the emerald themes wich are PC only.
How strange that these themes were published at such similar times! But you're right, penguinstation did come first, although I didn't copy it or even know about it!

Hello, you should create a metacity theme like this to be use on the PS3 with linux.

Doesn't the playstation controller uses 4 buttons? You could add the last missong one for the menu titlebar feature. Cygoku
The other button (circle) is used for the menu - but it is on the left hand side, so not shown in the screenshot. DAZ
