This looks KDE 3.5.x theme/style and not a KDE4. Even you require a KDE 3.5.x ;-)
Please move this to KDE 3.x side because no one on KDE4 can use this, even it's good looking :-)

The two sounds really don't sound like Underworld. Please consider adding other sounds. And where can I get the wallpaper?
