Description:
Just a qtcurve (http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php/QtCurve+%28KDE4%2C+KDE3%2C+%26+Gtk2+Theme%29?content=40492) config that I came up with.
The first two screenshots are using the Nitrogen (http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php/Nitrogen?content=99551) window decoration, while the third is using the qtcurve window decoration from the config file.
The color scheme is included, and instructions for installing the style and the color scheme are in the tarball.
