I installed the BESPIN Config file but it doesn't look exactly like your screen-shot, or no where near as a matter of fact.
Can you please help me find what I need to do to make it look like your screen-shot. Here is a picture of my DOLPHIN, compared to yours it doesn't even look right.

can be the bespin version, i have the last fon kubuntu lucid
can you tell me which version of bespin you have, because i simply downloaded mine from KpackageKit.
