Same problem, unable to load bespin preset. Moreover, how to install emerald theme ?
type "bespin import <filename.conf>" in e.g. konsole or just type "bespin" to get a stdalone config dialog

No, that panel-background is not standard in 4.2 trunk. I am using 4.2 trunk (built 2 days ago) and I have a black, arezzo-looking panel-background.
