However, if your not very familiar with the way theming works in kd4 reproducing what you have in the screenshot is an exercise in extreme patience/fustration.
It would be very helpful to have a howto!
This is one of the best kde themes i've seen, but i want to know what wallpaper you're using as well as the plasma theme, oh and how do you get the oxygen colours to be grey?

go to system-settings-icons-advanced-set effect-colorize....
and choose your colour...
i just change my toolbar and folder
icons to my peference main theme is oxygen...
inluded toolbar icons, you can edit toolbar icons individually.unlock toolbar, configure toolbar, change icon....
kd4 icons don't really need a theme, just change what you want same for folders.....:)

And how did you make the program's menu appear on the top panel, like in Mac OS X?

but what are these icon themes you keep posting in your previews?

But all these icons you have there, have a specific look and feel. Are they from different icon set? From what set are the folders for example?
