-------------------------------
The screenshot tels a better story than words.
Highlights:
- This theme can show an "alarm set" indicator.
- ShowHide Weekday&Date is operated by "ShowHide Seconds" switch. ("ShowHide Date" is not implemented yet.)
- Seconds indicator blinks. (Can be disabled in Config)
-----------------------------------
TODO: (post-v0.9.2 release)
- make sure day&date are not fuzzy & are the same color.
- implement a back-counter when alarm is ON.
- implement am/pm indicator
+ plz, suggest what else may be of use.
BUGS: (post-v0.9 release)
- Switching among different concurrent X screen sessions corrupts the clock images, which requires refresh of the theme. (It's OpenGL issue. Driver-specific. We'll see what can be done.)
0.9.2-0.9.3 (Dec 8, 2004)
- Fixed a bug that didn't add a leading "0" for pm hours.
- Tweaked the code so that weekdays - We, Th, Fr, Sa - would line up with the date better.
0.9-0.9.2 (Dec 6, 2004
- Clock face size proportion formula should now work better
- Blinking second ":" is implemented. (can be disabled in config, showSeconds)
- Implemented am/pm (12-hour-cycle) hours (no am/pm indicator yet, accepting suggestions for design and placement)
- Very slight improvement in clarity of Weekday's text.
0.9 (Nov 29, 2004)
- Initial Release

I like this, but I think you should switch the postion of the hours and the alarm indicator.
Thx for feedback... any feedback is good. The Idea has merits and negatives: + Lowering hours down will make it easier to associate the two numbers as hours:minutes - if hours and minutes are on the same level, I need a separator. If i plug (keep) the separator between them, it (a) gives you the clock face similar to all the other digital clocks; (b) Increases the width/height relationship of the display. a & b are two things I was trying to avoid. - The clock is meant not to look conventional - it was an exercise in style, rather than function. (I was even considering to overlap the hours with minutes display. I am often aware of the hour, it's the minutes I am after :) ) However, I will be glad to create this specific variation for you. Look up my email in the README and send me a picture (a mock up) of the face you want to have personally. The theme was designed to be changed very easily. Assuming you don't request totally new characters, You should have it back in no time.
