I assume that it is ok to distribute this, as the intial creator of the wallpaper has released an "open source" .psd template of the wallpaper.http://www.spargett.com/drop/open-source.psd
I will of course check with the author as well though.
I know that there are a few problems with it, but I don't plan to make any changes to this, or to make any other ones, as making wallpaper clocks is incredibly tedious and boring.
(well, maybe im exaggerating a little)
To take a look at how the clock is made, unzip the .wcz (its really just a .zip). You can also find out more by going to http://www.vladstudio.com/wallpaperclock/
I have added a template.xcf which explains how to change the background (it is based on Spargett's original template)
