but the 'Quit, shutdown, or restart dialog...' button in the bottom right corner only gives me the 'Log Out' and 'Switch User' options. i don't get the 'Shutdown' 'Restart' 'Suspend' or 'Hibernate' options that i get when i go to 'System' menu, 'Shutdown'. Can you include these? the 'Lock Screen' option isn't there either. (alternatively maybe you could just include the entire 'System' menu, rather than just the 'Preferences' and 'Administration' submenus?)
thanks

If only it would stop popping out whenever it receives focus... (eg. I close other windows).
It should open the menu only after it has been clicked!

And I'm probably doing something wrong
(I'm new to screenlets) but when i try
to run the screenlet ([email protected]:~/.screenlets/Menu$ ./MenuScreenlet.py) it gives me something
that ends like this:
AttributeError: type object 'object' has no attribute '__getattr__'
I have the ubuntu package (debian package)
of the screenlets installed (version 0.0.12)
sry for bothering but I just don't know
where to start looking to fix the problem.

I have been looking around for an alternative to Gnome Main Menu. I feel this is a great solution to it.
Only one question. Presently the Menu Screenlet is showing up just behind the Start Panel bar. Thus it seems it is hiding. Can I show it on top of the panel just like normal menu applet is shown on the Panel?

Can you please guide me on how to do that or in future we can expect an option in the screenlet itself.
Thanks for your response.

Just one request.... I don't have the default directories - Documents, Templates, Video, Pictures etc. Can we have the option to remove them.
Great job!!

When I install Ubuntu I always delete the Documents, Videos, Pictures and Music Directories from my account. Your screenlet shows these ALONG with with ones I have created. If you click on any of the directories named above there is a nautilus error saying they don't exist. It appears your screenlet may be hard coded with these folders.
