How do I go about configuring the news reader? All that Displays is the heading (Top Stories - Google News). The actual section is blank though where the actual news is supposed to be displayed?

edit the following entries in the conky files:

own_window_colour grey
own_window_argb_visual yes
own_window_argb_value 200

to

own_window_colour 000000
own_window_argb_visual yes
own_window_argb_value 0

hopefully it helps

weather icons may require some editing
since they look ugly under full transparency
