What os are u use,
did u use installation script (if you are, after what you have this error "Instalacja widgetu", "Sprzatanie smieci" etc)
If you don't use installation script:
Do you have correctly installed gDesklets?
Did you copy files in correct places (/usr/share/gdesklets/)
Did you have "Pogodynka" script in correct path (/usr/bin/pogodynka) ?
You can try do things from script, this is:

The download link for the install script is broken. I think that's what they person was trying to say.
It's no longer maintained, recently lost data and site but soon it will restore
