Description:
Thin, dark, minimalistic, useable window borders.

Intended for use with Sans Bold 7 Window Title Font or similar, any larger tends to look silly.

A port of Cinan's October Openbox theme to Metacity. I used the Arsen-bw Metacity theme as a code base, but it ended up quite different, and alot more streamlined.

Suggests Mythbuntu GTK theme and Tango Icon theme, though you can use anything you like.

There are only 1 pixel handles which make resizing windows difficult, try using Alt+Middleclick and drag the mouse instead.

Last changelog:

1.0 - Initial release.
1.1 - Placed in folder inside .tar.gz so you can just drag onto Appearance Preferences to install.
1.2 - Changed buttons to Metacity drawing controls, theme no longer uses any images.

Great work! Here are a couple of suggestions, which I think will add to the awesomeness: 1. Min, max etc. buttons could be a little brighter 2. The titlebar color follows the GTK theme colors the user has set (instead of being a constant black) 3. A little downward pointing arrowhead instead of the application icon in the titlebar -- this will definitely look neater in comparison to the tiny application icon Please do consider making these changes, may be in a variant of the theme... At any rate, I believe this is still bloody awesome! Thanks for sharing!

Oh well, that's one more than a couple of suggestions... :-P

All good dude, your feedback is greatly appreciated :) I couldn't get the titlebar color to change at all, what GTK theme breaks it for you? Just to make sure, you do mean the Window Title bar and not the bar with File/Edit/etc? What GNOME version are you using? I do like the icon myself but I'll put a variant up with an arrowhead, and have a play with control brightness too. Thankyou very much for your comments!

Top o' the day, mate! The theme works just fine; I only wanted the black titlebar to change color according to the theme. For example, if I applied the Mist GTK theme, the titlebar should change to the light blue the theme sets and if I applied the Crux GTK theme, it should set the titlebar color to the purple/violet color Crux uses for the titlebar. By titlebar, I did mean the area where the window title is displayed. File/Edit etc. go in the Menu bar. I'm using Gnome 2.28.0 on Debian sid right now. Thanks for considering to make a variant; I am definitely looking forward to it! Please do try and implement the color thing I am talking about.
