How To Install : FIRST!! remove package ubuntu-xsplash-artwork using synaptic package manager. Don't worry if xsplash package will be remove, cause my package contain xsplash package.
Then, just double click on file, and click button install.
How do you actually make X or U splash themes? I tried lots of stuff, incuding using splashy instead, but nothin worked! I just want to have a bg image and a loading image

If u have Ubuntu Karmic, u can try to edit xsplash on directory /usr/share/images/xsplash
