Description:
You can change it by yourself by the xar file, with xara xtreme. The ZIP include the XAR source and the finished PNG splash, so if you don't want to change anything you can just use the PNG file

sorry, but I use xara-xtreme and you can download with your synaptic-packager its free to all distributes.
