Many thanks go to Burrodomo and Squeeonline who helped me in finding and fixing bugs.
I also would like to thank so much Divilinux from Italian Ubuntu Support Forum, who compiled stable package for PPC Arch.

If you want to configure just the kernel you use, add it only in the first not-commented (without #).
For example
title Debian GNU/Linux, kernel 2.6.17-10-generic
root (hd0,4)
kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.17-10-generic root=/dev/hda5 ro quiet splash locale=en_EN
initrd /boot/initrd.img-2.6.17-10-generic
boot
you should add it to this line
kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.17-10-generic root=/dev/hda5 ro quiet splash locale=en_EN
which will become
kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.17-10-generic root=/dev/hda5 ro quiet splash locale=en_EN vga=791

With the last two Beta versions I just get a blank screen with the blinking cursor at the top. Alpha 3 used to work.
Here's some info:
Linux version 2.6.17-10-generic ([email protected]) (gcc version 4.1.2 20060928 (prerelease) (Ubuntu 4.1.1-13ubuntu5)) #2 SMP Tue Dec 5 22:28:26 UTC 2006 (Ubuntu 2.6.17-10.34-generic)
P4 1.8GHz
512MB SDRAM
GeForce 3 DDR VRAM.
Any clues?
Thanks!!!

However i'll install a 32bit system as soon as i can and i'll try it (now i'm on a 64bit the problem should be caused from different arch as i did not tested personally the 32bit)

PS: the second bar is just the old one in the top, a bit larger. In the animation it's gray (default color) when not charged. White when charged.
Hope you like it

update-initramfs: Generating /boot/initrd.img-2.4.27-2-686
W: kernel 2.4.27-2-686 too old for initramfs on i386
W: not generating requested initramfs for kernel 2.4.27-2-686
And it just stop there, this is not a failure in your theme, but do u know how to fix this for any chance?
Thanks! and great theme!
