even apple doen't care if there are any macos icons on gnome-look, but YOU?
Why not talking about wallpapers with naked women on gnome-look.org.
there are many young people visiting this place for downloading themes and artwork. i think it's the wrong place for stuff like that.
i would suggest that you conatact apple directly to inform them that some user on gnome-look has used some of their icons. by the way, so you know if the author used the entire set of apples icons or just a few of them? please go on and have a look. i am sure nobody at apple will take you seriously.

If they're recreations from scratch then you can put them under whatever license the original author distributed them under, but you may still have issues with Apple because of trademark and the like. Intellectual Property laws are odd and let people lay claim to all sorts of things, including appearances of things that don't have a single hour of work in common.

Noone can Copyright or Trademark "Look and Feel" because Look and Feel are Uncopyrightable.
This is why Apple and Xerox lost their case against Microsoft when MSWindows came out.
Hell Linux wouldn't even be used on more than a dozen university machines right now if making things look like other things were illegal... It's also why there are so many Knockoffs and Bootleg versions of products out there (fashion, etc) which are not illegal, hence people sell and other people fall for them. (There would also be no satire and parodies in movies/music/art if making things seem like other things were illegal)
You are not allowed by law to Reverse-Engineer or disassemble the code which displays or portrays the items in question, but a hand-made-from-scratch-separately version that emulates what the original material looks like is fully legal content.
Short Version: Don't worry if you made it yourself, but you can't claim it's your own concept in court is all.
