I have to inform you, that your icons already exist as ppa-repository by another user!! Look here:

So you should work together with this author. He also created a nice Win7-basic gtk3-theme.

Yeah similar one does exit in repo too.There are many other alike too. But there is a different in this icon pack. Actions and media player icons are redone. It is packed in such a way that it can be used with gnome and Kde with better results. Better application icons are picked up. This is not a simulation pack. Thanks for the feedback. I am just sharing my Packed theme which I found good light icon theme. And at last many don't like to clutter their system with ppa or .deb(feedback I got once) and they can put this icon pack in user i.e .icons too......
