i used these icons before, great set, but... now for some reason i get the infamous gray folder of death....am i missing another icon set that it uses as a dependancy?

i extracted the archive to /home/username/.icons => no success i also extracted to /usr/share/icons => no success how can be installed?
Try to drag it to the appearance dialog (System -> Preferences -> Appearance).
