Description: Don't expect too much innovative or creative stuff here, as this theme is just an attempt to strike the right balance between Ubuntu integration and the original Gnome Shell experience. So, the result is somewhat a mix of the work done by Gnome and Ubuntu designers.
Basically, applying this theme will result in some fonts and widgets (on-off buttons, volume slider, corner-wave, etc.) colour adjustments, to fit with the standard Ubuntu themes, Ambiance and Radiance. In other words, the goal is not to produce a GS Ambiance or Radiance theme, but to adapt the original GS theme to fit with Ubuntu themes and design standards.
This theme should be installable by using gnome-shell-extension-user-theme.
Version number reads like this: The first digits refers to the Gnome Shell version for which the theme has been developed and tested. The letter at the end is related to any revision made.
Here's the way to identify modifications made by mlaverdiere to the original Gnome-Shell theme:
- See files with names including the word "copie". - In the gnome-shell.css file, see references to *mlaverdiere.
Cheers!Last changelog:
3.2-b: Little adjustment of upper bar border colour.
