Ubuntu 12.04 Precise Pangolin
Requirements:
1. Advanced Settings [ gnome-tweak-tool ]
2. User-theme gnome shell extension
How to Install :
1.) Download the Zip file below
2.) Open Advanced Settings [ gnome-tweak-tool ]
3.) On Advanced Settings , go to Themes, and on the Shell Themes section cick on the browse icon , and select the Google+ Nature Mod.zip file .
4.) Click on the Dropdown Menu and Select the newly installed Google+ Nature Mod.
5.) Enjoy

Were you intending the text to be white until you hover over it in the dash view. The background in the dash is also white, making the text invisible.
I also need to add that this is when searching for Application, The application list panel is fine.
