For Gnome Shell 3.4.

I loved the original version of Faience Gnome-shell theme (http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Faience?content=144815), but in my opinion later versions do not look so 'clean', but rather clunky.

This is a hack of the original Faience (0.1) to get it working under Gnome 3.4.

* Smaller icons in Applications Selector
* Transparent panel
* Smaller font in panel
* Got rid of rounded panel corners
* Simpler graphic for View Selector
