Those are MyHumanity icons? I have the same icon set but in nautilus sidebar there are no mono icons. My Nautilus is 3.4 with Ubuntu 12.04.
Or did mod these icons?

Yeah..! the icon theme is My-Humanity.

The side bar icons in nautilus are grey by default in the icon theme...
