Unitie was built for GNOME Shell to match Unity interface in Ubuntu.
This package now (Jan 2016) includes Unitie GTK3 which is Ubuntu's Ambiance default theme with tweaks for GTK 3.18 use.Last changelog:

And now, with Gnome 3.8, you brought the Ambiance-feeling back to Gnome (Shell)…! :)
Could just need a little polish in details like the size of the panel shadow (for maximized windows) or cursor color in the search-field, but that’s not a big disadvantage…

Which is the icon theme used in the screenshots? It looks nice!
It's Mine-Ambiance, a derivative of Mine icon theme combined with Suru and Ubuntu-Mobile icon themes from Ubuntu.
