Description: This is not my theme, I took several aspects of themes I liked and ended up with this. The themes used were Apotheosis, Dark Ice, GeckosMac, and Aurora.
To get the HUD panel that's in the screenshots, change your panel background to: /home/.themes/MUTT/gtk-2.0/Panel/Panel.svgLast changelog:

The metacity theme does not work on 10.04, try updating metacity to the one in 11.04, if you can.

Not quite sure what could be wrong, I've tried it on 3 different systems and it loads just fine.

Is the metacity theme showing up under window boarders at all, or is it just not working properly?

At my system Metacity theme not work,and the theme it's not in the themes window list. I think you must check the files.Nice look theme anyway!
