OK, this is not really meant to be a new theme, but a combination of gtk theme from Shiki-Colors (by perfectska04) and New Wave metacity theme by Anton Kerezov. I modified colors a bit and few other settings (perfectska04 thanks for great documented theme!) that you can easily do yourselves but do not have to if you feel lazy. The most relevant icon themes are either Humanity-Sky (from Humanity-Colors) or elementary.
