Continue the good work please.
Some tips: Keep the default slice buttons of Radiance, let the buttons more round and soft, and fix the text box (it's too hard, let more soft and fit them with the theme) and finaly, let the metacity title on the middle.

i don't know if its ok to keep the Radiance's slide buttons! I wanted something a little bit different, not a clone. ... or maybe a combination?
