This is an Xfwm4 theme based on Windows 8's interface. It's not an exact clone, it's just a similar design.
The colors change with your gtk theme:
active_color_1
active_shadow_1
active_mid_1
active_hilight_1
inactive_color_1
inactive_shadow_1
inactive_mid_1
To install, run:
cd ~/Downloads && unzip downloaded-file-name.zip && sudo cp -R 8888888 /usr/share/themes/
Then find your Window Manager menu and play around with the options.
