Description: A 95%-accurate Windows 9x (specifically, Windows 2000-colored) Fluxbox theme. The missing 5% is reflected in the close/max/min buttons; since they're Fluxbox's native primitives, they don't look exactly like their Win9x counterparts. I may do a version with pixmap buttons soon.
Fluxbox is a stacking window manager for the X Window System, which started as a fork of Blackbox 0.61.1 in 2001, with the same aim to be lightweight. Its user interface has only a taskbar, a pop-up menu accessible by right-clicking on the desktop, and minimal support for graphical icons. Wikipedia

What is the source you are using the File Manager (where are the icons of folders)? []'s
A bit of a nitpick here.. but 2000 wasn't a 9x OS. 95, 98, Me were. 2000 was NT.
