You didn't even change the image names itself.
I personally appreciate if people enhance or adapt things to their needs - all my styles are prepared for this purpose, but I cannot stand people who break my idea of "open work".

Not really, I don't know about this style and even never downloaded the tarball you pointed the link at.

this is my fault, I fixed the license. Really sorry for this (prolly cause I share everything I have with BSD/ISC license and have just forgotten about it, cause it's been long time since I modified it)

this is just a theme config file, I made it in Feb'06 (see below)

look, if you see the desc -- it says "My fluxbox theme going and improving since 2004."
That means that I started my own "theme" in 2004. I took some graphic files, combined them and edited a bit. I didn't "remove" anything from your theme. Again. I just took the images I liked and adopted for my config file.

This is no problem for me. As I mentioned my styles are made to be ripped off. The part that made me mad was that you released it
a) under the BSD license, which demands to include the original license
b) removed the .xcf files from your tarball, which are indeed the "sources" if you will
c) removed my name and the origin of the original file(s)
You might say I'm petty about such "small" things such as a little style, but I take such small things as serious as I take big things such as GIMP, GNOME, KDE and alike.
I was not out to insult anyone, I just wanted to put things right.

well, no.. personally for me the sources are only(!) xpm (unlike, for example png) files (have you ever tried to open them with a text editor?), but of course not GIMP xcf files. So I repeat: I didn't remove, but didn't include them for unneedness
