Description:
I tried my best to create a theme that mimicked Windows 95. Looks great with GTK themes Mist and Raleigh. Huge props to Xyne for making ObTheme, it sped up the process considerably.

Match with:
~GTK Theme: Mist, Redmond or Raleigh;
~Font: Ubuntu Sans (Titlebar), Dejavu Sans (Everything else)
~Icon Theme: Classic 95 http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Classic95?content=157298
