A first attempt to produce an integrated suite for OpenGEU/e17.

Includes:

e17 Theme
GTK close matching theme.
ETK close matching theme.
EWL close matching theme.

This is a work in progress and is far from prefect. Please report me any bug or suggestions for improvement.

Loosely inspired by the OS/2 Warp look & feel (more look than feel).
Bits & pieces taken from new.edj by Rasterman and the default ETK & EWL edjes.
