Vulcan-Retro
Source (link to git-repo or to original if based on someone elses unmodified work):
I derivated it from Vulcan-Classic, which was itself derivated
mainly from Cthulhain (Jason 'slackd00d' Edson) and Bling (Carsten 'Rasterman' Haitzler) for E17.
The clock design comes from Kor (Gregory 'Kalidor' Charbonneau) for E17.
Colors are inspired from Amber (Dr Drake ?), 23-oz-Glass (Nathan Baxter) for E15/E16 and GreenHeart for GTK (itself derivated from an old E-theme)
It exists in two flavours : a red and a blue one.
They fit well with 23-oz-Glass, BlueHearth, GreenHearth and MurrinaCoffee GTK themes. The blue one fits well with ZaZo0o's BlueLight wallpaper, too.

I've recompiled this theme, now it's avaible at the following link: http://e17-stuff.org/content/show.php?content=155236 Thank you Ndjee for the theme!!
I enjoyed 23oz at it reminds me of the e16 days and that retro tech look, but seemed dated for e17. This is by far the best theme I have seen to date. It takes the retro look and brings it up to date, down to the square faced clock. I am using the blue theme, but the green looks a little out of place in it. Would like to see darker blue replace green in style as default is transparent and alternate is dark green. Can't wait to see more of your work. I am using OZOS with e17 cvs, and works perfect.
The download links for the gtk2 theme and the xmms skin both point to Vulcan_Retro_0_6_4_by_Ndjee.edj
for a second theme! I think the gtk i have is 2.10 so it keeps me from running 2.4 gtk's or so. Any idea what this one runs on?
My system is an Ubuntu Feisty and runs with GTK 2.10.11. The Murrina-Vulcan GTK theme requires the Murrine engine to be installed. If you have an Ubuntu Feisty or newer, do simply paste this command : sudo apt-get install gtk2-engines-murrine (may be working for another Debian-based system). Else, you should have a look on this page (official site) : http://cimi.netsons.org/pages/murrine/download.php
Hi, can you make this theme compatible with the latest cvs version of E? It seems that it doesn't work with the latest version. Thanks!
