Nice, it's one of the best 3d (cartoony) penguins I've seen until now :)
It would be nice though if you could deform the spheres a bit to make them look less like a primitive and more like it's a part of the penguin.
thanx for your thought, at least it gave me to think: it was impossible to deform the speheres, because I want the model to stay moveable, but I made a collar which smothens the head/body gape.
